All of our consulting approaches are bespoke and take an appreciative lens:

Appreciative Inquiry is an exciting philosophy for change. The major assumption of Appreciative Inquiry is that in every organisation something works and change can be managed through the identification of what works, and the analysis of how to do more of what works,” (Hammond, 2013)

Where we can help with our bespoke consulting approach:

o   Research and analysis – what is the REAL problem or challenge you or your people are facing? What are the best ways to address this problem or challenge that will lead to the results you want? We can explore this with you to get to the root of the problem or challenge so we can accurately address the right issue first time.

o   Working with big data and qualitative data – using your data sets and applying real questions to find answers to your big questions.  We will work with your existing data, notice the gaps, and then find and create new valuable data through structured conversations and assessment with you and your people. We will use an exploratory, qualitative approach to find answers and next steps to the questions and challenges at hand.

o   Reporting and Evaluation – what has been the change in delivering the project, programme or transformation you or colleagues have been delivering on. What’s worked well and what needs to change to get you closer to the vision? With our research hats on, I will assess and evaluate what has worked and what needs to change and deliver clear, actionable recommendations to you.
