Who are our workshops for?
We work alongside our clients to understand their needs and aims, and then combine our psychological knowledge and experience as facilitators, trainers, and supervisors to ensure that all of our work creates sustainable behaviour change. We carefully evaluate every programme we deliver.
We have worked with clients to develop resilience training for their leaders
We have trained and supervised internal ‘wellbeing leads’ across entire organisations
Designed and delivered performance-enhancing coaching programmes for managers
Co-created modules to fit-in with our clients’ existing talent development programmes
We are also experienced in working with developers to produce online learning content for large organisations
How our workshops impact our clients
CLPL's Key note and workshop on Positive Leadership to our newly promoted 150 strong global ADVP population tied up three intensive days of training at the Four Seasons really well and it resulted in a lot of great leadership discussion. The interactivity and practicality of the session as well as bringing out examples to share to the group instead of pushing people to share themselves was fantastic. Participants appreciated the holistic nature of the model and could relate to it in bringing together their learning across the week. That was exactly what we hoped for! Natalie and I particularly liked the way Cornelia involved the participants in contributing the connections through the session, and also the way she interacted with small groups and individuals during the breakouts. Loved the way that meant Cornelia could share back themes and individual stories in the debrief without needing people to feel comfortable (or energetic enough!) to contribute themselves.
