Leadership Coach of the Year
Cornelia was honoured to be named a finalist for Leadership Coach of the Year at the National Coaching Awards, held as part of The National Coaching Conference.
Despite challenging weather and an untimely bout of tonsillitis that meant she had to leave early and miss the awards ceremony itself, the day offered a rich opportunity to reflect on the power of human centric coaching and the community that surrounds it.
The conference brought together inspiring voices and thoughtful practice. From insights into developing a coaching culture with humility and openness, to conversations about authentic leadership, branding and community, the day was a reminder of the depth and breadth of work happening across the coaching profession. Hearing first hand how coaching has transformed leaders’ lives and leadership was a powerful reflection of why this work matters.
While Cornelia did not take home the award on this occasion, being nominated and recognised as a finalist was an honour in itself. It is a meaningful acknowledgement of the values, evidence base and care that sit at the heart of her coaching practice.
Our thanks to the organisers and to everyone who continues to contribute to a coaching profession that places people, relationships and wellbeing at its core.
