Leadership Development Programme Named Finalist for ABP Workforce Experience Awards!

We are delighted to share that one of our leadership development programmes has been shortlisted as a Finalist in the 2025/2026 Association of Business Psychologists Workforce Experience Awards.

Our submission, Berkley Care Group Leadership Development Programme: Building Inspirational Leaders and Sensational Teams, has been recognised within the Excellence in Leadership and Management Development category.

The programme was designed as a psychologically grounded and evidence based approach to leadership development, supporting Berkley Care Group through a period of strategic transformation and growth. Rooted in Positive Leadership our work focused on developing leaders who could lead with purpose, compassion and courage, while building strong, connected and high performing teams.

Being selected as a finalist by the Association of Business Psychologists is a meaningful recognition of the quality, impact and rigour of this work. We are particularly pleased that the programme has been reviewed and allocated to a peer group focused on excellence in leadership and management development.

Our thanks go to Berkley Care Group for their trust, innovation and partnership, and to the leaders who engaged so thoughtfully in the process. This recognition reinforces our belief that Positive Leadership can create lasting positive change for people, teams, organisations and the wider community.
